What ages can practise springboard diving?
We accept students from age 4 to 99. Our programmes are tailored to each age group: beginners (4-7), youth (8-11), cadets (12-15) and adults (16+).
Do I need previous experience?
No previous experience is needed. Emilio Ratia adapts classes to every level. The first trial class is free.
Where do classes take place?
Classes take place at the indoor pool (main facility), outdoor pool (in good weather) and we also run sessions at an external trampoline park to improve acrobatic skills.
How long is each session?
Each session lasts 2 hours: 1 hour of dry training (gymnastics, trampoline) and 1 hour of water diving from springboard and platform.
Do you compete in championships?
Yes, our divers compete in regional (Andalucía Cup), national (Spanish Championship) and international (FINA) events. Competition is optional.
