Data controller
The club is the controller of the personal data you provide through this website (registrations, trial class, camp, licences, contact form and member area).
Data we process and why
- Contact details of the parent or guardian and of the athlete (name, date of birth, phone, email) to manage the registration and club communication.
- Payment data: the club does not store card or account numbers. Payments and direct debit mandates are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; we keep only a reference (last digits and mandate reference).
- Health information you choose to give us (allergies, medical notes) for the athlete's safety during the activity.
- Images: only with your explicit consent.
Legal basis and retention
Performance of the membership contract, consent (images, medical information) and legitimate interest (club communications). We keep the data for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the legally required periods (payment records: five years).
Recipients
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and the Spanish Swimming Federation (RFEN) when we process a licence. We never sell or share data for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to saltosdetrampolintorremolinos@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
