Registration and monthly fee
Registration takes place online. The fee is monthly per athlete according to the chosen plan and is always shown before you confirm. The first month is paid at registration; the following months are collected automatically every month on the same date, in a single charge per family.
Payment and direct debit
We accept cards and SEPA direct debit through Stripe. By providing your IBAN you authorise the club (through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) to send instructions to your bank to debit your account for the monthly fees and other agreed amounts, and your bank to debit your account in accordance with those instructions (SEPA Direct Debit mandate, recurring payments). You are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms of your agreement with your bank; a refund must be claimed within eight weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited. Before each debit we notify you by email of the amount and date.
Failed payments
If a collection fails we send you a link to pay with any method. After several unsuccessful attempts the membership is suspended until the payment is settled.
Cancellation and changes
There is no minimum term. You can cancel from your account or by writing to us; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and fees already collected are not refunded. You can change plan, add siblings or update your payment method at any time.
Trial class, camp and registration fee
The trial class and the camp are one-off payments. If a registration fee is shown at sign-up it is charged only once.
Activity rules
Athletes must follow the coaches' instructions. The club holds sports insurance for the organised activities.
